LibroTALKS

LibroTALKS, an initiative created by LA librería, serves as a hub connecting readers with the vibrant  world of books, authors, artists, editors, and publishing professionals. Whether online or in person, our events and activities are all about one thing: keeping families, educators, and young readers informed about the latest trends and insights in children's and YA literature from Latin America, Spain, and the U.S. Let’s celebrate books together!

Time to flex your students' literary muscles—LibroTALKS is back for its second year! ✍️

Invite your students to write a book review in Spanish for a chance to win a $250 library from LA Librería for your classroom! Let’s spark their creativity and love for reading.

Teachers, we've prepared a brief guide on how to write a book review, along with a template students can use to draft theirs. Feel free to print them and use them in class to help your students through the writing process.
